15 USC 7701, et seq (CAN-SPAM Act of 2003) provides for fines of up to $11,000 for each of these. I am also reporting each of these to your internet providers, to federal authorities, and to spam reporting systems so that others are aware of your spam activity. Note that their awareness of your spam activity could prompt them to start blocking your messages on a very wide scale.
It is my hope that you stop sending these immediately and that your are sanctioned sufficiently to discourage you and others from such activity.

Still getting spam from these crooks?I am having the same problem. I just shot off an second email to them with the threat of a lawsuit. THe BBB and the FTC also heard what I had to say.
They stopped after I spoke with a local store manager who agreed to receive subsequent copies via fax. I never received any explanation or apology and I won't have anything to do with Performance Bike, Nashbar or any of their other businesses unless and until it's clear that they recognize and are managing the problem.
I can´t get them to stop. How can I find out their ISP? I want to report them and point out that they have a known history of spamming. I´m done with that business too, the local shops around the state are friendly and loyal despite the slightly higher cost.
And they’re baaaack! Just got another spam from them after silence for six months. Wild.
